International Shipping: Orders are shipped DHL or Royal Mail and generally arrive within 4–10 working days, depending on the destination.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping.

Each piece in our collection is crafted and packaged with the utmost care to meet luxury standards. Due to the bespoke and delicate nature of our jewellery, we do not offer returns or refunds. This policy allows us to maintain the highest level of quality, exclusivity, and hygiene for all our customers.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@rebareba.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In these cases, we may accept a return for store credit or a replacement (no refunds). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds — if applicable — are processed within 4–16 days once approved.
